Another setback for the team awaited the team this season as ryant and the team got stuck in traffic on day 41 and subsequently missed the sign up for America's Race of the Minutemen. This left Karsten very disappointed with the team's management, eventually requesting a transfer away from the team in order to race more tours.
This means that Karsten has now left the team, moving back home to the team, THE DUTCHIES for 135k, with him likely being able to race in the Volta, we wish him luck with his new adventure.
Another rider has also left the team today, the Sri Lankan Nalinda, he never really felt at home and we have agreed to terminate his contract with the team and has been released. This has lead to the team building up an unusually large stockpile of money and this has facilitated a deal for a former Norway Tour champion Hartmann Sadolin. The fee was agreed at 275k with nonnies for the rider and has now joined up with the team, and will race in Dali as captain and hopefully he can bag a result for us in his first race.
With a top class rider now in the team, we obviously want to move up the divisions and target the tours which come around next season, with the goal likely to be the Race of the Minutemen again.
With this new era now about to begin, we hope we can build a team that is competitive in the higher divisions in the near future.
